This isn’t about extremes or starting over. It’s about building small, meaningful daily habits that actually fit into your life—time outside, hydration, food prep, movement, mindfulness.
We’ll move together, check in weekly, share recipes, and create something that feels sustainable and supportive.
Show up for yourself, just as you are. Stay consistent. Be there for your growth.

Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath Savasana
Take this as your reminder to slow down for a minute.
We’re bringing in Pete Sacco from @bulldogflowboston for a 75-minute reset designed to help you settle, soften, and just be for a bit. You’ll move through simple, supported shapes, ease into the body, and use your breath to help everything start to quiet down.
We’ll close with a sound bath during savasana with crystal bowls to let everything really sink in.
Come solo or bring someone you love. Either way, this is your space to land.

Movement for a Cause
At Yoga on Central, everything we do comes back to connection. This class is an opportunity to show up, take care of yourself, and extend that care beyond the walls of the studio. Join us as we come together in community to move with purpose and raise awareness for Neurodiversity Support for Children
Victoria Trainor and Jen Murray will guide you through an all-levels flow, supporting a cause that is working to bridge the gap for children and families who need access to resources, education, and support around neurodiversity.
Suggested donation: $25 (pay at studio day of class)
All proceeds will go directly to the organization

Yin and Yoga Nidra Chakra series

Investment $35
Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues and involves a series of passive floor poses that are held for 3-5 minutes. Chakras or energy centers correspond to specific areas in the body and when in balance promote health and well being.
This series will be broken down into targeting each energy center in the body and will work to open and promote flexibility of ligaments. It will end with Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation which will encourage a deeper exploration of body, senses and mind allowing for a nervous system reset and deep relaxation.
Be ready to find gentle movement and deep opening through stretches in the physical body, as well as a complete relaxation and meditative state for the mind.
The sixth workshop in this series draws awareness to the "third-eye chakra" located in the center of the forehead, and is associated with intuition, imagination, and inner wisdom.
The class will run for 1.5 hours and will use props including bolsters, blankets and blocks.
