Our Classes

All Levels Flow

All levels yoga flow is a vinyasa based class geared for all levels.  Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner this class is designed for you, with room to challenge yourself physically and mentally.  You will be guided through strong movements to make mindful connections that leave you more aware in order to  take this practice off your mat.  

*All teachers will offer something slightly different with the understanding that we are all trying to create an environment that allows you to feel safe, supported and comfortable in your own body.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a class designed to bring you calm steadiness by down regulating your nervous system.  This class will offer you time to unplug and dive into a deeper state of relaxation.  You will feel lighter and steadier overall, with more room to respond skillfully to the stress of your everyday life. It’s a practice designed to leave you relaxed AND recharged.

TRX

TRX is a strength based class designed from the 7 functional movements.  We incorporate pushing, pulling, lunging, squatting, hinging, rotation and gate. This class uses your  body weight to work against gravity.  Additionally, you get to decide where to add and where to back off. We also add in bands, light weights and balance to create stability, mobility and to move more easily in your everyday life to prevent injury.

Beginner’s Flow

This class is designed to help get a better understanding of the postures and movements in yoga. We strive to create a practice that feels safe in your body and gives you room to slow down and gain an understanding of the benefits of a solid yoga practice. This is a great place to begin and reconnect to the powerful practice of yoga.

Central Sculpt

Central Sculpt is a mindful strength class rooted in functional movement and intelligent training. Each session combines mobility, resistance, and body weight work to help you move better, not just harder. You’ll strengthen through the seven foundational movement patterns — squat, hinge, push, pull, lunge, rotate, and walk — while learning to stabilize and support your joints. Expect a balance of power and control, using light weights, breath, and purposeful sequencing. This class builds strength that translates beyond the studio and into everyday life. Come ready to move with awareness and leave feeling grounded, strong, and connected.
